The Story:
Rakshakudu is a dubbed version of Tamil movie Dhaam Dhoom. It is a romantic thriller movie in which, Jayam Ravi is a well educated, handsome son of an Indian family. Since his father Nizhagal Ravi and mother are doctors, Ravi aims to become a doctor and achieves it.
Ravi gets a golden opportunity from the government to go to Russia to represent India in a week long medical conference, along with five other young doctors.

Director Ravicharan Meripo has brought out a love story with a very good message in the form of Akasame Haddu. It is coming out with a tagline ‘Life is greater than Love’. The film explains that love is just a part of a life and it is not the life as a whole. Read on for the review.
Narayana (Rajeev Salur) is a topper in a college. His principal (Rao Ramesh) sponsors him and he gets selected in a campus interview. Once he comes across Priya (Panchi Bora) and loses his heart in first sight. He tries to attract her in different ways but could not succeed in his mission. He neglects his studies and ignores to concentrate on his main project work. At one stage, Priya tells him that he hates him and asks him to die his own death.
At this juncture, Karthik (Navdeep) meets Narayana and start suggesting him that he should prove himself that he truly loves her by concentrating on his studies. Later, Narayana joins a company to do his project work on the advice of Karthik, where Priya also works. Priya befriends with him and moves positively as a good friend. Before going for the final examination, Priya gives him a cover and tells him to open on his birthday as she doesn’t want to meet him and disturb his studies during exam time. What's in the letter? what happens to Karthik? Will Priya accept his love? Answers for these questions form the interesting part of the climax......

Director Venkat Prabhu has done an mean job in weaving an anecdote related to cricket betting and bookies. Gambler movie is a complete action thriller and I must say that Venkat Prabhu did not do justice to make it a gripping story. The screenplay was faltering and it started to confound the audience several points. The storytelling was more centering around the ballyhoo of Ajith, his looks and action, and not the script. Venkat Prabhu has managed to bask on Ajith's following and showcased Ajith in a unique way – Grey-haired Ajith rather.
Kudos to Ajith – He selected a superb character that has ample scope for performance and improvisation and he once again proves that he's right up there when it comes to box office collections . He is at his very best in the masala looks and his body language is pretty typical. The Story:
Mumbai police goes into tizzy with a serious issue regarding bookies and match fixing. Vinayak (Ajith) is a police officer serving suspension for 6 months. He falls in love with Sanjana (Trisha), daughter of a powerful local gangster Mahadev (Jayaprakash). In an attempt to dictate Mumbai, Mahadev plans to steal the 500 crores used for betting during IPL. But four men gang Sumanth (Vaibhav), Prem (Premji), Mahat (Mahat Raghavendra), Ganesh (Ashwin Kakumanu), a sub-inspector at Dharavi in Mumbai plan a trap and wants to run away with this money. And knowing about this, Vinayak also joins the group and starts leading the gang and finally managed to steal the money. What happens after that and where will the money go is to be watched on the silver screen.

Debutant Ramtej looks decent enough but his attempt on emotional scenes towards climax of the movie is not justifying. His moves in Jhalak song prove his body flexibility and dancing abilities. A little grooming would ensure a bright future for this promising actor. Well, picking right scripts too has its own share in showering success on him. Anupoorva is not a heroine material, though looks good. Her performance is average. Having a substantial role as an actress she does not register an impact. Suman shetty and friends were good in providing entertainment. Other artists in the film were not designated properly.
Background score passable and editing is intermediate. It could have been better if focused. Screenplay is of no great shakes and remains fair. The subject line is a definitely a downer. Ravi Sharma fails to deliver a decent story to the audience which becomes a major drawback for the film. Music composed by S A Rajkumar is decent enough and will surely appeal to the masses. S A Rajkumar has tried to elevate few scenes with the help of Re-Recording to make it more attractive. Production values were good. The role that Nandu has played is in very much his domain. So he does it with convincing manner. Nandu delivers it with full marks. Ramesh, Dhanraj were entertaining. SriLekha in a small role is okay. New Comer Divya is so natural that she pulls off the character with ease, but her characterization looks inspired from Amala Paul’s role in Prema Khaidi. Prakash Bradwaj was one of the biggest blunder for the movie his mannerisms and dialogue delivery were just irritating. Krishnudu, Darmavarapu Subramanyam, Krishna Bhagwan were wasted.
Having been shot in a village, the movie doesn’t show off any wowing scenes, but the green carpet and rural beauty was captured affably. Cinematography is appealing, while Chinni charan’s background just gave life to the whole film. I must say, music is the only asset of Nenu Nanna Abaddam. Story of the film has a different point in it. It requires very tight screenplay and smooth handling of emotions to narrate such a delicate story. Narration of the film is pretty slow and screenplay is not good. Direction of the film is OK in parts. Even director tries to Copy scenes (sorry) inspired a lot from Premisthe and Prema Khaidi. Even kept two to three scenes similar to Prema Khaidi. The Pre Climax Episode recalls us of Premisthe climax but luckily director ended it differently. The dialogues were good in parts. The Story:

Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole, who has been keeping a low profile ever since she was sacked from US X Factor, finally made a public appearance yesterday (June 29), a day ahead of her birthday. She arrived at the American Embassy and surprised the onlookers with her blonde look in a new hairdo.

“Cheryl wants Friday to be her big return to the limelight, and she will be making a dramatic entrance.

"Her dress is all sorted, and she’s had her hair done especially. She’s in a great place, finally, and is ready to let her new hair down. Cheryl will put her credit card behind the bar – around £40,000 worth of champagne and spirits will be flowing through the night. She hasn’t had a drink in nearly three months and will be going for it on Friday. She’ll be the first on the dance floor and one of the last to leave. She really can’t wait and is determined to show people she’s happy and over the X Factor fiasco. Friday night is very much a case of out with the old and in with the new,” Daily Mirror quoted a source close to the singer as saying.

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has openly requested the media to stop writing about his relationships but people from the film industry itself keep poking fun at him for his womanising ways. Now, we heard that hosts Boman Irani and Riteish Deshmukh made fun of him by highlighting his past relationships through a skit.

Sources revealed that a skit was put up spoofing the train scene in Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, supposing Ranbir is in the film. And funnily, the scene has Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif and Sonam Kapoor, who were linked to him in the past, chasing him. Unlike the scene in Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge where Shahrukh Khan run after Kajol, who was on board a running train, the new scene has Ranbir running away from his ex-girlfriends.

Well, Ranbir seems to have finally decided to be ease at his past and have good laugh over it. After all, not all relationships succeeds!
